Through connected payment gateways (e.g., Stripe Connect), we process transaction records, card brand dispute notifications, customer logs, delivery tracking, and communication records required for representment.

- Ingesting dispute notifications from connected payment gateways in real time.
- Compiling automated representment evidence packages.
- Submitting rebuttal packages to merchant acquiring banks and card networks.
- Tracking win/loss analytics and processing platform platform service fees.

ReClaim Defense does not sell merchant or customer transaction data. Data is shared exclusively with necessary infrastructure providers (such as hosting on Vercel and DNS on Cloudflare) and the payment gateways involved in disputing transactions.
